About this Privacy Notice
We are committed to protecting the personal data of our suppliers, customers and colleagues in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

What information do we collect?
We will only collect personal data for agreed purposes, for example we collect information necessary to fulfil a contract between you and us, and without which we would not be able to fulfil the services requested.

Please only share personal information needed for agreed purposes. To comply with data protection legislation we may destroy personal data supplied to us which we believe
falls outside the scope of this Privacy Policy.

- For fulfilling a contract we have with you

- To provide exhibition related services to our customers
- To contact you about our services or updates and promotions
- To invoice you
Who will we share your personal information with?
We will never sell your personal information to a third party processor. We may, and only where necessary, transfer your personal data to our third party data processors. Our processors have obligations under the data protection legislation with regards to your data as well as obligations in accordance with their contractual relationship with us, and we require our data processors to respect the security of your personal data and to comply with the DPA 2018 and the GDPR. Our third party data processors include:
- Our professional advisers and auditors
- Our IT service providers
- Third parties such as exhibition organisers where you have informed us you wish to attend
How do we use your information for Marketing?
For our existing exhibition customers we may very occasionally contact with other services or events we think might be of interest to you. If you do not wish to hear from
us, please let us know.
If you have already given us your permission to contact you we will only use your data for marketing purposes and we will not pass your personal data on to other third parties. You have the right to withdraw your consent for processing and to do this you can contact us directly at the address below or respond to any email you receive with ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ in the subject. Once you withdraw your consent you will be removed from our marketing list and we will dispose of your personal data.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
Legally, as a business and as an employer, we must keep records containing personal data even after the purpose of our contract has been completed. We will retain your personal data for 7 years, after which archive files are destroyed.
We maintain appropriate security measures to prevent misuse, loss or disclosure of your
personal data.
What are your rights on the personal data we hold?
You have the right to access your personal data held by us; our aim is to respond to a request promptly and well within the legal limit of 40 days. You have the right to ask for your personal data to be corrected and/or erased. To exercise these rights please contact us at the address below.
